Philosophy

I am passionate about helping organizations succeed. For over 25 years, in a broad range of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to closely held businesses to non-profits, I have guided executives and management teams at all levels to work through complex situations and build practical resolutions.

Every situation is unique. Consequently, I never use a formula or a pre-determined model. I address each client’s needs specifically as they relate to the circumstances.

My approach is straightforward, constructive, and objective. My role is to provide expertise and experience as a facilitator and problem solver. I use my skills to resolve conflicts of all types, including interpersonal conflicts, counter-productive team dynamics, and conflicts resulting from flawed strategy and operational processes.

I believe that it is important for people to hear what they need to hear, not only what they want to hear. Therefore, I focus on helping individuals and their working groups put their issues on the table, find answers and breakthrough moments among themselves, create a positive team environment, and develop sustainable ways of working at higher levels of effectiveness to promote personal and professional growth.

My goals for each client are to:
- identify the criteria for success.
- pinpoint the obstacles to this success, especially those related to organizational design, culture, and team dynamics.
- develop viable business strategies without unwanted by products.
- institutionalize the learning from our work, making my client more likely to succeed in future projects.
